Dr. Jeff Ederer, Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Jeff has over 10 years of chiropractic experience around the world. He practiced with the largest chiropractic clinic in South America and was one of the pioneers in establishing Chiropractic mission trips to Peru. Dr. Jeff is a member of the Chiropractic Doctors’ Association of Hong Kong and has practiced in Singapore for over 3 years. He is knowledgeable in advanced Gonstead technique and extremity work. He has conducted numerous health talks in USA, South America, Hong Kong, and Singapore. He specializes in structural corrective care of the spine, mirror imaging corrective care, and has experience with sports injuries and nutritional counseling.
Dr Jeff takes a detailed approach when treating neuromuscular conditions. Whether an acute or chronic condition, every treatment plan is tailored towards that individual’s specific needs and goals. Dr. Jeff utilizes a wide range of techniques such as chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue work, and rehabilitation to help correct the underlying cause. He is elated to be apart of the Singapore community for over 3 years and strives to help patients achieve optimal health.
Dr. Jenny Li, Doctor of Chiropractic
With more than 10 years of experience treating patients, Dr. Jenny Li is America trained female chiropractor who specialises in sports injury, sports performance, and spinal health. She graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in United States, upon completion of the her post graduate program she practiced in Hong Kong and currently is practicing in Singapore.
Dr. Jenny is formerly theHonorary Secretary of The Chiropractic Associations of Singapore. Dr. Jenny believes optimal sports performance starts with structure of human body as she helps her patients to achieve breakthroughs in their performance by choosing chiropractic.
In 2016 Dr. Jenny has done 3 bikini competitions in Singapore and she was the first chiropractor to ever compete in WFF (World Fitness Federation) NABBA (National Amateur Body-Builders' Association) in Singapore. She won third place in bikini model over 30 years old, first place in sports model short, second place in sports model over 30 years old, and first place in super model category.
When Dr. Jenny is out off the office, she enjoys traveling, weight lifting and public speaking.
Dr Daniel Tan, Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr Daniel was born and raised in sunny Singapore.
Dr Daniel graduated from the Welsh institute of Chiropractic (WIOC) with distinctions and has a strong passion in sport performance through musculoskeletal and spinal care. He also won the Best Clinical Performance 2021, awarded by the WIOC university clinic. He is versed with Diversified, Activator and soft tissue techniques to name a few.
Dr Daniel believes in personalised care as each individual is unique and have different body needs to achieve optimal performance. Having represented Singapore in Rugby, Dr Daniel has a passion to help athletes and non-athletes alike.
Out of the clinic, Dr Daniel enjoys his time playing rugby, badminton and weight training.
Mohd Firdaus, Muscle Care Specialist | Stretch & Sports Therapy
Firdaus has over 6 years of experience working in the health & wellness industry. He started his journey as a Gym Instructor in one of the five star hotels, Shangri-la Rasa Sentosa Singapore back in 2016. Firdaus left his position as a Gym Instructor and decided to pursue his career in the wellness industry which led him to be a Stretch Therapist. He has 4 years of experience in treating patients alongside working with Chiropractors and Physiotherapists in assisting with therapeutic stretch rehabilitation. Therapy has become his career specialization after when he realised that flexibility and mobility are one of the main factors that hinders individual’s transformation and healing progress which could lead to various physical and mental impacts.
Firdaus is trained and specialised in Deep Assisted Stretch, PNF Stretch and Deep Tissue Release. His focus is to improve patients’ overall health and well-being by maintaining one’s flexibility and mobility which in turn will help them with their daily movements and activities.
He firmly believes that this evidence-based approach treatment will assist in patient’s recovery process. His main goal is to incorporate stretch therapy into affected patients’ weekly regimens and treatments to help them return to their prior level of function and prevent injuries. He is a highly motivated individual who understands patients’ needs and ensures that they achieve their optimal performance through guided recovery and preventive therapies.
Beyond work, Firdaus keeps an active lifestyle by going to gym, loves traveling and spending quality time with his loved ones
